IBPS has released the CRP RRBs XIV notification for recruitment to Officer (Scale I, II & III) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) posts in Regional Rural Banks (क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक) across India. Online registration starts from 01 September 2025 to 21 September 2025.

Age Limits

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18–28 years
    (Born not earlier than 02.09.1997 and not later than 01.09.2007, both dates inclusive)
  • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Above 18 & below 30 years
    (Born not earlier than 02.09.1995 and not later than 01.09.2007)
  • Officer Scale-II (Manager): Above 21 & below 32 years
    (Born not earlier than 02.09.1993 and not later than 01.09.2004)
  • Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Above 21 & below 40 years
    (Born not earlier than 02.09.1985 and not later than 01.09.2004)

Age Relaxations (selected categories):

  • SC/ST: 5 years; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years; PwBD: 10 years
  • ESM/DESM (Office Assistant): service period + 3 years (up to 50 years max; 8 years for SC/ST)
  • Commissioned ESM (Officers): 5 years
  • Widows/Divorced/Legally separated (Office Assistant): up to 35 (Gen/EWS), 38 (OBC), 40 (SC/ST) years

Indian citizen or as specified for Nepal/Bhutan/Tibetan refugees/PIO from listed countries, subject to Government of India eligibility certificate where applicable.

Medium of Examination (State-wise)

IBPS provides bilingual/tri-lingual test versions depending on the State/UT. A few examples:

Local Language Proficiency: If a candidate doesn’t meet the local language requirement at selection time, RRBs may give up to six months from joining (extendable within probation) to acquire it.

Selection Process (At a Glance)

  • Office Assistants: Prelims → Main → Provisional Allotment based on Main scores and vacancies in RRBs. No interview.
  • Officer Scale-I: Prelims → Main → Interview; final merit uses Main + Interview as per IBPS/RRBs.
  • Officer Scale-II & III: Single online exam → Interview; shortlisting up to three times the vacancies per category.

Scoring/Normalization: Scores are normalized (equi-percentile) and taken up to two decimals. For Office Assistants and Officer Scale-I, only Main exam marks count for merit/shortlisting.
